Holland & Knight has been named the largest healthcare law firm by Modern Healthcare. The annual Largest Healthcare Law Firms rankings are determined by the headcount of healthcare lawyers employed by U.S. law firms with a dedicated healthcare practice as of December 31, 2023.

In March 2023, Holland & Knight combined with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, expanding the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group to more than 400 experienced attorneys covering virtually every segment of the healthcare industry. Previously, both firms had been consistently ranked on Modern Healthcare's annual list for over 15 years.
