Stephen Gould, MD has joined the Cullman Regional Medical Group.

Gould, an orthopedic surgeon, received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine in New York. After medical school, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and concluded his training with a Sports Medicine Fellowship with Andrews Sports Medicine in Birmingham.

Prior to coming to Cullman, Gould served on the faculty at UAB as Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedics. He has served as team doctor for UAB athletics including UAB football and baseball and has been team physician for the Birmingham Legion professional soccer team.
