U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), a management services company headquartered in Irving, Texas, that serves oral and maxillofacial surgeons, has formed a new partnership with Clark Holmes Oral Facial Surgery of Alabama, which has four locations in the Birmingham metro area. This is USOSM's first partnership in Alabama.

Clark Holmes has three surgeons who practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. In addition, they can diagnose and treat facial pain and facial injuries and perform a wide range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. The surgeons are Mark Clark, DMD, MD; Jon D. Holmes, DMD, MD, FACS, FICD; and George W. Matthews Jr., DMD.
