Donaldson Named CFO at Cullman Regional

Nesha Donaldson, FACHE

Cullman Regional has named Nesha Donaldson, FACHE, as Chief Operations Officer, a role she has filled in conjunction with her Chief Financial Officer position for more than a year.

"Nesha's experience and background make her the best candidate for this position," James Clements, CEO said. "We are pleased that she has accepted the position permanently."

Donaldson began her career with Cullman Regional as Controller before becoming the CFO in 2011. Prior joining Cullman, she worked as an accounting executive for Cullman Electric Cooperative (1995 to 2004) and Drummond Company (1984 to 1995).

Donaldson earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and her Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Kimberly Albright has been named Interim CFO following Donaldson's promotion. Albright has served as the organization's Controller since 2013.
