Ilya Gutman, MD, a fellowship-trained spine surgeon, joined OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports in September.

Gutman earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the UAB Heersink School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Campbell Clinic in Memphis followed by fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery at Indiana Spine Hospital.
