Position Description:
GENERAL SUMMARY

The Clinical Administrative Associate handles a wide range of administrative and executive support. The ability to interact
with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful,
and efficient, with high professionalism and confidentiality, is crucial to this role. Expert-level written and verbal
communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position provides secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Medical Director
2. Exercises good judgment when screening and answering calls, responding to all inquiries regarding patient needs
and information courteously and professionally.
3. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of relevant division operations when responding to individuals.
4. Composes, transcribes, types, edits, and proofs documents; may take minutes at monthly meetings for circulation;
assists with manuscript preparation and scientific presentations.
5. Maintains and prepares meeting agendas
6. Develops, implements, and maintains record keeping and filing system.
7. Maintains calendar and manages time effectively in scheduling meetings.
8. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of relevant department operations when responding to individuals.
9. Responds to daily requests promptly and effectively.
10. Processes paperwork accurately and on time.
11. Maintains accurate records and provides materials for meetings.
12. Assists with special projects

Position Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Must be able to
manage a large workload with high accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be
a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to meet deadlines. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred: Associate degree in health care administration or a related field. Background in the medical/clinical setting
preferred as this position will require a level of medical terminology familiarity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
The work location for this role is onsite.
