Chad Cox joined Vulcan Imaging Associates in July.

Cox received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile. After an internship with St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan, he did a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa followed by a fellowship in neuroradiology at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
