The Association of Teleservices International awarded the Jefferson County Medical Foundation Trust with the Award for Excellence, which is given to the telephone answering service that has demonstrated quality performance on a number of standard metrics.

The Jefferson County Medical Foundation Trust began operating a medical answering service 35 years ago and today the service answer calls for approximately 3,000 individuals, representing every medical specialty. The senior staff has 100 years of combined experience in answering medical calls.
