In January, Grandview Medical Center hosted a ribbon cutting for the 12th floor of the hospital.

In 2018, Grandview obtained a Certificate of Need to construct 30 inpatient beds. Phase I of the construction is completed and Phase II should open in this March. The completion of both Phase I and Phase II of the project will bring the total licensed beds for the hospital to 402.
