About 90 member physicians of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama attended the Association's Annual Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington January 29th through the 31st. Attendees met with Alabama's Congressional Delegation to discuss issues related to healthcare and medical services in Alabama.

Richard E. Hawkins, MD, President of the American Board of Medical Specialties, was the guest speaker for the conference.
